Brought our car to Bud's auto repair shop to have the frontend aligned at 8:40 and within 10 minutes they pulled it into the shop and 39 minutes later it was done , but there's a problem got in the car and drove home and I couldn't tell they had done anything to the frontend as far as alignment.

Buds Auto Repair came highly recommended when we were looking for a reputable place for car repairs in the Columbia area—and they absolutely lived up to it. Their customer service was warm and professional, but what truly stood out was their honesty. Even though the issue with my vehicle ultimately needed to be handled by the dealership, they took the time to inspect it, explain everything clearly, and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. It’s rare to find that kind of integrity in this industry. We’re new to the area, but I’ll definitely be using Buds again for regular maintenance and would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy repair shop.

I had to have my headlights replaced. Got a quote from Buds, they gave me best quote. I showed up on time of scheduled appointment. They got me right in, took less time than I thought and was done by less then quoted price. They will be my go to shop from here on. Thanks Bud's.

They were recommended by a friend in town. I called for a quote and got a call back with one within an hour! Took my car in around lunch time with the expectation of having it back next day but got called about 5 hours later that it was already repaired and for less than what they quoted! I highly recommend and will definitely be back for any future repairs I might need. Thanks Robert and Sheila!

At the time of my review, all previous reviews I saw for Bud's were 5-Star reviews except for one. The person who left only star has done so in Google reviews for two other businesses, so weigh that accordingly. As for my experience, I can honestly say that BUD'S AUTO REPAIR IS GREAT. They are one of my favorite local shops. I do nearly all of my vehicle service work myself, but I leave the repairs to professionals. Sheila is so pleasant to deal with in the office and the service I have experienced here is always first-rate. They seem to be very particular about their work and my vehicles are always as clean and neat when I pick them up as they were when I dropped them off. You know some shops will leave grease and dirt all over everything, not here. I always get a call from Robert before any work is done. He gives me an in depth explanation of what the problem is and what the cost will be to repair it. And almost as important as the money, he gives me a good estimate of when my vehicle will be ready. He's always attentive to my concerns and willing to answer my questions in a knowledgeable manner. I don't know how you could ask for more!
